What do I need to start up a Bed & Breakfast?

How do I go about getting the cost, from purchasing a property and how to go about getting a staff. Insurance, inspections. what would be the starting point and the financies needed.

Location is everything.  The rest will be easy once the location is determined.

Typically, with a Bed & Breakfast you'll be the staff.  At least until you start turning a profit.

Once you've found a property your interested in, you'll have to find an accounting firm to help you put a business plan together, along with, a pro-forma balance sheet & income statement.  The banks will want to see these documents prior to extending you a loan.

You should do a internet search "starting a bed & breakfast"  Get the insurance and inspecitons out the way.  Hire some staff, or do it yourself intill word is out and you draw more business.
