What do I need when filling out a parking permit for school?

Question

I know you need your driver's license but what else do you need in order to get a parking permit for school.

They told me I had to pay 25 dollars for a permit and fill out a form.

Can you be able to fill the info out in the office and have them process it right away so I can get the pass before I leave or do I have to wait a few days for them to process it?

I go to a small highschool if that helps. I want to be able to drive to the first day of school.

Dude, we do not know how your high school distributes parking permits.  How about you get off your butt, and let your fingers do the walking, and call them.  Or, better yet, go to your high school and ASK!

Pen and as none of us know  what high school you go to and where or work in the office perhaps you should get one of  these things called a telephone and call the school and find out.
