  1. I would talk to your adviser or principle. Let them know that you are failing and the teacher won't work with you. They can observe the teacher and ensure you get a fair grade. If not they can transfer you to another coach. It's always good to let the school know any time your having trouble with a teacher.

  2. The "time of the month" thing always works, with a sprained ankle or something teachers will be like walk up and down and see if you limp realistically, teachers stay the h**l away from the "time of the month" excuse, girls at my school could get out of writing essays that weren't due for weeks using it.

  3. Put on your note that you twisted your ankle and while it does not require a doctor's attention you need a week to mend.

Now that you have that-speak to your mother and counselor at school about the bullying and harassment you are getting in gym class. There is no reason why you should have to deal with something like this. I was always athletic but there are those whom have other gifts. Since most don't make pro sports gym class should be a fun place to get you acquainted with rules and sportsmanship. It doesn't sound as if your teacher is doing her job in this area.

Don't let them get to you. You have gifts and talents that go beyond the courts and fields. Take care and hope all goes well.

  4. first, i'm sorry that happens to you.

to get out of gym class you don't have to explain why. all you need to say is "for personal reasons, *name* will not be able to attend gym class today." and get an appointment with the principle (have your mother there with you) and explain the situation that happens to you. This is not proper conduct of anyone - espescially the teacher. Good luck, and take care.

  5. tell ur mom to write that u have ur period and u cant run or move a lot

then ull b out for 5 days tops

its no like she knows how long ur period is

    idk

or say u got real sick and went to the doctor after school and he said u need medicane and  ucant do gym for a couple of days

but thatll onli get u out for 2-3 days

  6. just go to gym.

  7. 1. You could say you have a cold, then running around outside would be bad for you

    2. Say you sprained your ankle badly

    3. Sprained your wrist badly, and running or fast movement jingles it painfully

    4. Virus that makes you feel weak

    5. Hurt finger that needs to be kept still

    6. Injured knee

    7. Headache, vomiting, sore stomach; exercise makes you feel worse

    8. Squits

    Hope these help!

  8. dear gym teacher  - my doctor say i have gymitis and its very contagious and it could spread to other pilgrims if i get too close to them - so please excuse me from gym - p.s. wash your hands after you read this note so you don't get it too

  9. If you get caught... you'll be in a lot of trouble. But having the problems with something is not that you do your best but still fail but because you do what you think is enough.

As for the sickness... try something that cannot be proven by physical appearance. Try ear infection or something but the nurse would most likely know.

  10. I would have your mother come to the school and request a conference with the principal and teacher pronto!!  There is no reason for her to be fussing with you every day.  Sounds like your teacher has the problem and needs to be set straight.

  11. First I would suggest that you learn how to spell and use proper grammar.  Your mother is an enabler and her allowing you to skip a part of your cirriciulum isn't going to help you at all.  Just because you've been excused for gym doesn't mean you don't get graded for that time.  Obviously if you don't participate yoru grade will be a zero and that will be reflected on your reportcard at the end of the semester.  You could wind up having to repeat the grade you are currently in if you continue to fail your gym class.

  12. Not going to work. You're well enough to go to school but not gym? Nice try.

  13. Don't lie!

  14. Well, actually don't put that you are sick. Put that you have a bruised ankle (or twisted wrist, sore foot, etc.) and your doctor told you to rest it for a week (or more if you want to)

    hope it works!

    =D Maddie =D

  15. What a B!  Teachers like this are the worst.  But honestly, I wouldn't quit.  And I know your mom has your best interest at heart but writing you a note to get out won't help.  My mom did that for me as a kid, and I think it taught me that I can walk away when things get funky.  And that's not good a good lesson to learn.  So tough it out.  But believe me, this teacher is bad news, but don't let her get the best of you.

However, if you are getting a note from your mom, then write something like 'feeling dizzy or faint'.  Maybe that stupid teacher will think it's because she's pushing you too hard and she needs to back off.  But still, I would stick it out.

  16. I would simply have your mum put...

Please excuse my daughter (your name) from gym class due to personal reasons.

This covers a broad spectrum so they can't question it.

(Dont blame you - i was hopeless in gym class too and laughed at at times...)

(just as long as you do keep your physcial activies up)

  17. To (your P.E. teacher)

(your name) has sustained a knee injury that causes her immense pain during physical activity. Please may you excuse her from your gym lessons until it improves. We have a doctor's appointment later this week to sort it out. Sorry for any inconvenience.

                                      Yours sincerely

                                       (Your mum's signature.

Hope this helps. Don't worry, I was rubbish at gym as well.

  18. tell them you have the squirts. You can't do sit-ups with the squirts!

  19. Put on the note :

                                                                        Date.

To whom it may concern please excuse _(name)__ from PE today as she's feeling under the weather, Many thanks (parents signature)

It's worked many a time for me :D

  20. You would have to have a medical reason to get out of gym.  If your teacher is being unfair to you, then your mom needs to talk to the principal.  Maybe someone can observe the class.  Even if you do have to go to Saturday school to make up some of your work, the teacher has no right to tell the other students that, it violates privacy laws.  I think rather than trying to write a note to get out of class, your parents need to have a conference with the teacher and possibly the principal to see why you are having trouble in gym and what can be done to improve your grade.

  21. Strained hamstring...And learn to limp.

  22. She doesn't need to write anything -- just a "please excuse so-and-so from phys ed" will do just fine.  However, if the pass is for longer than two or three class periods you will need a doctor's note.

But it sounds like you're having a problem with this teacher that you should solve by having your mother speak to her, maybe with the principal there too.

  23. Cheap excuses are only a temporary bandage for an ongoing problem. Sooner or later you'll have to deal with this, and your best bet is to do the best you can to succeed in the class ~ not try to get out of it.

  24. Go to the doctors limping, say you hurt your ankle or knee or something. I hurt my knee bad on Valentines Day my freshmen year in gym class, got me out for a couple weeks!

  25. Have mom go talk to the teacher.  Don't run from her, it only lets her win.

  26. Say you twisted your ankle or somthing. somthing to do with your leg or your feet what doesn't allow you to walk properly. when you see your teacher walk with a limp.
