Question:

What do I say to this girl?

Every time I visit my friend at her mother's boutique, I have to see her older friend (26) who also works with her. She's super religious even though she drinks like a fish and judges other people (me, which I'm about to get to.) She always gives me a hard time about how I date online (even though I don't do that so much anymore but she never bothered finding out, and I don't remember telling her about it in the first place), and about dropping college classes (I dropped my biology class my spring semester of college, and apparently she won't let me forget), as well as just being antagonistic in a sarcastic way but hiding it with jokes. It's VERY annoying and I want to tell her to mind her business but I don't know how to do it in a way that she couldn't answer back. Any advice?

  1. First of all I just wanted to say that she's probably not your friend and you should tell her that maybe she should take a look at her own life maybe and show her that her comments are hypocritical ways.

  2. tell her if you wanted her opinion you would ask, and that she needs to practice what she preaches, there is nothing that bugs me more than people judging you who live worse than you do, and tell her when she starts living a perfect life then she can tell you how to live yours, that usually gets them when you tell them this she will probably get off your back

  3. Next time she makes a comment...look directly at her, and say "Everything is going great, I'm pleased that you care so much about me that you would take the time out of your super busy and demanding career as a retail clerk to check on my progress as a college student studying (fill in the blank here).  If she does not get it, she never will, and isn't that really revenge in and of itself??

  4. Ask her if she is judging you.  Then suggest to her that maybe it will help her to go to church more.  She needs to keep her opinions to herself.

  5. Just be honest and steadfast.

"Look chick, whatever your problem with me is, I don't care.  Your sarcasm annoys me and honestly  don't know how to respond to it.  I will do us both a favor and forget it if you will just shut the h**l up."

Try that.  She might leave you alone after that.
