The class on my schedule was call special ed, but I did’t now that that time, I attended the class any way

But all the student was fooling around all the time. it was impossible for me to pass the class. Everyday the student get out of control the teacher don’t do nothing, I do nothing too, but I go to school to learn

Just tell the couselor that the students are getting out of control and it is disrupting your ability to learn. they gotta do something then.

Nothing. You take your parents to the counselor's boss and ask what made that person think you were mentally challenged (retarded...no offense).  

You have been embarrassed and humiliated and want an explanation...seriously, say this and you will get fast results.
