What do I use to fill holes bored by carpenter bees in my cedar swingset?

I started finding perfectly "drilled" holes on my cedar swingset. It turns out to be caused by carpenter bees. I've sprayed w/ bee killer, but I'm not sure what to use to refill the holes. Any suggestions?

There are various colors of wood putty you can use.  Get at Lowes or Home Depot.  After filing in hole you may need to sand it a little so it will blend into the wood and avoid any lumps.

Wood putty to look nice.caulk if cost is a problem(then paint)

Make sure you get the wood putty that is for exterior use or it will not last.
