It depends what country that they come from. But like Jews they have certain criteria to meet. And they also do not eat pork. Here is a link that I hope answers some of your questions. Although Halal is similar to Kosher foods they are not always the same.

its hard to answer this question because "islamic" is refering to a religion and not an ethnicity (it's sort of like asking what do christians eat... which is a lot of different foods because they come from so many different places). do you have a specific area in mind (middle east, south asia, etc.) which have predominantly muslim populations? please edit your question so i can help you out more :)

It varies a lot depending on which country they're from. One of the common denominators is no pork and no alcohol, but other than that it's very diverse.

I am not Muslim, but I love Turkish cuisine, so I thought I'd share

appetizers- sarma (also caled dolma)-stuffed grape leaves, cigara bourek

main dishes- all kinds of casseroles,  kebabs (similar to gyro and shwarma), roasted lamb, etc

desserts- baklava, all kinds of sweet pastries, and my personal favorite, rose ice cream

Give me a cup of Turkish coffee to top it off, and I'm a happy camper.

Islam is a religion. If you wan't to know food from the middle east say that. I'm a Canadian Muslim with origin from India and Africa and I eat curry, kichri, goss pillow, different types of sachs such as bindano sach, and i even eat steak, burgers, fried chicken, icecream, drinks include mango russ, chash etc, but i also drink coke and root beer =]
