  1. I found that a lot more people abroad express concern about what the catholic church says in Italy than the Italians.  For centuries Italians have 'lived' with the catholic church.  Their faith is private and what the catholic church says is taken with a pinch of salt.  Do you want a proof?  Check out the birth rate in Italy - one of the lowest in the developing world.  If Italian then had followed the church's precepts it would in fact be the opposite.

  2. It makes perfect sense when you consider that in 1860, Pope Pius IX formed a little organization known as the "Cosa Nostra" by actively recruiting criminal families to run a guerilla and criminal campaign against the newly formed "united Italy" in revenge for once again losing part of the Papal States.

Ever since, the commission has met under the protection and direction of the Vatican in the Vatican.

It has absolutely nothing to do with human rights and racism as pr agents and Catholic spin doctors would have you believe.

Every Italian should be asking- when will the Pope finally pay taxes for the millions of dollars of infrastructure it uses every day?

  3. Italians and Greeks fill very good for their religious.both are very close and do not l**k any one to pout them down .is a new European low that will go in affect now for the criminals in all Europe , to Meany gangster from other non Europeans country's come illegally and sail drugs ,stiling and killing people, the system will provide a positive identification for each individual and the criminals will not have a place to height. is a very good low

  4. I'm italian and I think it's a right thing to do! Roma people Must go away from italy, and if they don't want to do it, it is right to take their fingerprintings!

  5. Around 80,000 Gipsy children are to be fingerprinted by the Italian authorities: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnew...

Have all 80,000 of these children been arrested for crimes?

This sounds like racial discrimination to me.

Racism is against the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church:

Created in the image of the one God and equally endowed with rational souls, all men have the same nature and the same origin. Redeemed by the sacrifice of Christ, all are called to participate in the same divine beatitude: all therefore enjoy an equal dignity.

The equality of men rests essentially on their dignity as persons and the rights that flow from it:

Every form of social or cultural discrimination in fundamental personal rights on the grounds of s*x, race, color, social conditions, language, or religion must be curbed and eradicated as incompatible with God's design.

For more information, see Catechism of the Catholic Church, sections 1934 and following: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt3s...

    With love in Christ.
