    They eat light meals frequently.

  9. they don't eat a lot of fast food....not like we do.  They also eat a lot of veggies and smaller amounts of protein than we do.  OUR NORMAL serving of protein is supposed to be the size of a deck of cards...that is it!  We go way beyond that....some steak houses have 20 ounce steaks...that would feed four in a Japanese family!

    Mostly though...they do not eat as much fast food as we do.  It is way too expensive!

    My hubby works at Bridgestone...so we have a lot of Japanese here..and they eat everything but fast foods.

    They also excercise more than American's do.  They are more into walking and biking .....and don't sit in front of the TV or have the kids in front of the computers all the time.  They are out and moving.

    1. All creatures & plants types of that comes from the sea, ocean, & river. (raw & cooked) ex. fish, shell creatures, seaweeds, all of them.

    2. Pickled & Steamed Vegetables.

    3. Rice (white rice, sweet rice (mochi) etc.)

    4. Noodles (Ramen, Shirataki, Soba, Somen, & Udon)

    5. Tofu & Soy Beans

    6. Eating very little meats that are very low in fat if they do its not much.

    A very low fat diet, eating small meals, along with green tea, ginsing, & etc. Also living a basic lifestyle (work & family) thats conservative.

    Unlike me who parties, enjoying life eating all kinds of rich foods, fast foods, living my life up, stressing on work, family, relationship, a typical average person.
