What do Kentucky motorcycle permit look like?

can anyone tell me what a kentucky motorcycle permit looks like? I got mine, and i think they gave me the wrong kind of permit, It looks just like the permit i had when i was 16, it only shows instruction permit. Can anyone advise?

Thats what it looks like... i think under class it will have an 'M' located at the bottom though
