lol....not really but sometimes it feels like it. I can tell you what my routine is like. Supplements.....I don't take a lot of them. I use an NO2 supplement and I use a whey protein (I'm not a huge fan of a cocktail of supplements - to each their own).

Diet......I take my first 3 NO2's first thing with a big glass of water and wait about 20 min before I eat breakfast. Eggs, low fat sausage once in a while, and perhaps a bowl of a whole grain cereal. Water water water. I drink between 60-120oz per day and sometimes more. I take my second 3 NO2's 30 min before lunch. I eat either tuna (with little or no mayo) chicken breast or sushi for lunch. I eat sushi around 3 days per week. Dinner, I will mix this up. Salads with chicken or steak. Steak, chicken, or salmon. I try to keep it low fat and high protein.

I also train 4-6 hours a day 6 days per week most weeks. After fitness/core work outs I drink 1 or 2 whey protein shakes and mix in a powdered carb (you want protein and fast digesting carbs within an hour of working out......shakes are the best). Throughout the day training I may snack on a protein bar. I eat Supreme Protein bars (they actually taste good) and I drink tons of water.

This is my daily routine. I "cheat" and eat what I call good foods when the occaisions arise (these are foods that I really enjoy that aren't in my diet). When I have a scheduled fight coming up things drastically change. NO bad foods, no alcohol, and I re-hire my nutritionist to write me a strict diet to cut weight healthily as well as to stay strong since training intensifies 90-120 days out from a fight.

I'm Italian so I love to eat and I refuse to run my life based on eating foods I don't enjoy. With that said you may see far more strict diets with some fighters but I don't live to work, I work to live =)

    Hope that helps!
