What do Malaysians generally think about leech therapy?

I'm planning to add this treatment to my massage therapy as a complementary. Been doing a lot of reading and study on leeching and I just can't let go of such a wonderful discovery!

My first encounter was at Central Market or something.

Used to be practiced by some older generation Chinese & Malays.

I've seen some documentaries. Thus there are benefits from it.

Not all types of leech. There are some Malay farmers that actually rare those special leech in special unpolluted environment ponds & supply the leech to Uni. & Medical Institutions. Can be expensive but only certain leech can be used at one time. But just make sure the doctor/practitioner knows what's the right treatment for you.
