Not much.  Rudy is actually intelligent, and showed leadership on 9-11.  McCain wanted to attack Iraq on 9-12.  Thank God he wasn't president that day.

Republicans keep talking about Democrats' Sept. 10th mentality.  McCain has a Sept. 12th mentality.

Well they're both really strong on National Security. They both believe that we need to secure our borders, and continue to fight terrorism both at home and abroad. As for more trivial things they also both lost bids for the Republican Presidential Nomination (McCain in 2000 and Giuliani in 2008) and their first marriages both failed.
