    I've never been specifically requested to answer a question before so hopefully this helps.

    I don't think Sunwing makes their salaries public so these figures might not be exact, but ball park, you're looking at F/O's starting at around $46,000 and topping out between $70,000 and $75,000 after 5 years.

    Captains start at around $76,000 and are making around $120,000 after 5 years.

    These are just the base salaries though. Most airlines pay their pilots per diems for the time they are away from home. This is to cover the costs of meals and added expenses when they're away.

    Pilots will also make more money if they fly overtime (usually more than 80 flying hours) in a month.

    As well, Sunwing has contracts to send a number of it's pilots to Europe for 5 or 6 months over the summer when the charter season is slow in Canada. The pilots get extra pay for working In Europe. I'm not sure the exact bonus, but I've heard it's quite substantial - i.e. at least a couple extra tens of thousands dollars.
