What do Student Pilots in India do, once they graduate from the Flight School?

Some school offers Internship CFI Position, but what do you do after CFI? How do you gain entry in to Commercial Flying?

What airlines should those students apply to after graduation? I mean there has to be some sort of Regional Airlines for freshy.
