What do Tony Romo (Dallas Cowboys) and Marc Bulger (St. Louis Rams) say instead of "hike"?

  1. hut... it depends on every team... I mean my team uses the word "go" to say and it totally catches the team off


  2. i think they say set hut instead of hike i do not know why it is very dumb

  3. I think they say "set-hut" or something like that. To tell you the truth, as a Cowboys fan, I never really paid much attention to it.

  4. teams can really say whatever they want

    it varies and is used to get the other team offsides

    they might say something random like cheeseburger or something

    who knows

  5. No one says hike in the NFL, or even college football for that matter. They say hut-one, hut-two, hut-three, or something of that sort. The lineman know which snap count to jump on and that gives them a millisecond jump on the D-lineman.

  6. I agree with Walt, no one says Hike anymore...thats like Elementary school stuff. The QB tells the Lineman what the snap count is so the O-line can have a split jump second over the defensive line.
