What do You call a guy rabbit? Also, Would two guy rabbits fight If I put them in the same pen? And, Would they fight If I put one guy that was neutered in with one that wasn't? And would It be okay if I put an un-neutered male with a spayed female? Because I want up to six rabbits and I was wondering how to put them in cages.... They will play in the front yard in a pen. Please Help! Also Hutch Plans would be appreciated!

  2. a male is a buck

  3. bucks.

don't know about housing them.  only took care of one from school one month.

  4. same as deers

    male - buck

    female - doe

  5. Male - Buck

    Female - Doe

There's a good chance the males would fight if you put them in together, neutered or not.

You could put together an un-neutered male and a spayed female, but it would be better if they were both "fixed".

I would keep them all in seperate hutches and just let them in the yard pen together.

Bucks get very territorial, they usually fight when placed anywhere close to each other.  I'm not too certain about neutered rabbits because I've never owned one.  I heard that bucks and does get along with one another well, once spayed or neutered, but I don't have first hand experience .  I keep all my rabbits separate (except moms and babies that aren't weaned yet).  However, I do have two holland lop does that I keep together and they chew each others fur off.  Silly rabbits.. anyways for hutch plans..

I use all wire stack cages.

    But you can also use:

    hanging all wire cages

    wooden hutches

and those plastic bottomed cages you can get at pet stores

    I hope I helped!

  7. Male rabbits are called bucks; female rabbits are called does.

Intact males will probably exhibit aggressive, territorial behavior toward each other.  I wouldn't recommend keeping them together if you do not neuter them, even if only one is intact and the other is altered.  The intact rabbit will still be aggressive.  I don't see a problem with putting the male with the female who is spayed.  I would recommend watching them closely for a few days, maybe limiting "visits" before keeping them together permanently.

  9. female rabbit-doe

    male rabbit-buck

I would get all the rabbits spayed and neutered before trying to put them together because of the chance of fighting. Even after they are spayed and neutered, you need to introduce them slowly. Don't just put them all together at once because they still might fight. Always supervise them, and take it slow.
