What do You use pepino's for ? green with stripes of purple colour.?

I have some growing and I don't know what You do with them,Can they be eaten raw or do You have to cook them.

Pepino melons are to be eaten raw for breakfast or in fruit and spinach salads. Peel them and sreve them cubed or sliced.

To the best of my knowledge, pepinos are cucumbers, so you could definitely eat them raw.  Also you can use them in a salad,  Some people stir fry them for some chinese recipes but I prefer them raw with lemon, salt and pepper and olive oil.
