  1. Rhinestones, sequins, and LOTS of accessories like necklaces, bracelets, scarves, earings, barrettes.... Try Target, they've always got a bunch of brightly colored accessories. Go for something bold and don't be afraid if it perfectly matches cause that just how harajuku fashion works. You can find rhinestones, sequins, ribbons, patches, etc at Michaels, Joanns, and maybe Walmart (although most of them seem to have shut down their craft sections).

Check out this site for inspiration: http://www.japanforum.com/gallery/showga...

  2. you may add makeup such as lipstick, blue eye shadow etc.

  3. Its really hard to tell you what to add to the costume without seeing it

  4. How about some glitter, rhinestones, colorful ribbons/trim around the arms/legs, etc. Feather Boa. More patches. Cute, colorful hat...decked out with rhinestones, glitter, colorful trim.

It looks pretty decked out as it is.

  5. add bight color makeup like red lip stick and a lot of pink eyeshadow. Also you can do the hairstyle and but ribbons and some rhinestones and necklacess. Also a pink or whatever color Tutu is pretty good.

    Hope this helps

  6. add some shine and sparkle to it .. it also depends on the make up u are gonna use u dont wanna look too much. hoped i helped wow that is a cut costume lol!!! ;))

  7. Go to etsy.com ( it a place with all handmade things i am so addicted to it) just type in tutu..they have a ton!
