If its just a young toad that's already in adult form, tiny bugs are good.

Very small insects,spiders,worms and other tiny invertabrates.If they are wild - caught toads,you would be better off letting them go ,unless you want to spend hours searching for bugs small enough for them to eat ( you can buy pinhead crickets at pet stores,but they should be gut-loaded before feeding them- Google "gut - loading crickets")
