What do black people know about car rims?

Why do you put rims on your cars???

Most black people put on rims because they're big, shiny, bling bling, and it probably gets the girls.  I would put rims on my car for better handling and higher performance tires.  They also make light weight rims which help acceleration due to less rotating mass.  Some rims are needed to also accommodate larger brake rotors and calipers.

I don't see what being black has anything to do with it.  People put rims on their vehicles to make them look better...even if they look ridiculous to others.
