What do budgies like to eat?

what do budgies really like to eat as mine dont seem to eat too much and i would like to spoil them

mine likes cheerios. not the kind that says cheerios but the oat ones

if you get the kind that has like 3 different kinds of cheerios then you could use that. i just put them on a string and tie it to the cage

Try giving them some grated carrots, lettuce, or cooked pasta (without the sauce, of course!)

Budgies who have not become accustomed to being fed treats beside their seed may not be open to new suggestions at first. Just don't be disappointed if they don't realize it's food at first. Budgies are extremely curious and they will eventually take an nibble.

Be sure not to leave fresh fruits or vegetables in the cage for more than a few hours though. They can go bad and become dangerous in a very short time!

they like to eat fruits and vegetables

and here's some stuff that they eat and that's has lots of calcium

cuttle bone, mineral block etc

but they real like to eat milt spary

i used to feed my budgies fruit ( grapes, cantalopes ) millet spray which is a treat which they LOVE!!

They also like scrambled egg!!

Budgies are finicky about food. Give them a mix of seeds but it is also very important that they get to eat green leafy vegetables daily. In my experience, they just love moist spinach! Try it. Don't be disheartened if they do not show much interest initially. Persist.
