What do college sororities and fraternities make you do during their initiation ceremonies?

Here's some things that the Iotas, at Rutgers U, make you do before they initiate you:

1) you can't sit down on the bus. You need to stand, and if you sit, and another Iota member catches you, you're out.

2) You can't talk to people that are non-Iotas.

3) They actually make you get in line and slap you silly :\
