I don't know what you mean by 'tight clothing'. They wear normal clothing, like people in the western countries do. People there are really well dressed and elegant.

Yeah, it depends where you live. People use all kind of clothes just like here in the US. Why do we use tight clothes? that depends on what a person wants....my personal opinion, I dont like tight clothes...I just dont feel comfortable!!
