  1. when a cop runs your car tag all he see is information on the car itself and the car owner. that is it the only way he is gonna know anything about you is when he pulls you over and runs your name then he will know you dont have  a license.

  2. Maybe, depending on the last entry to data base entered, could say no lic on driver last pullover?

  3. The answer is yes he/she can pull you over if he/she recognizes you from previous contacts where he/she knows that you have driven without a license in the past and/or can wait until you commit some sort of traffic infraction.

What do they see when they enter a license plate? They see the registration of the vehicle. Some states even included insurance information when the computer kicks back a registration.

Where I work they also have access to a database of prior contacts of a person they can look up by name and date of birth. These records will contain what types of contact such as arrest, if you were a victim of a crime and anything in between.

They can also see your drving record, if you are on probation or parole, if you have any warrants for your arrest and if you have any protection orders with your name on it whether you are the protected person or the restrained person.

Perhaps you should take care of your license issue before you drive again.

I hope this was informative and I wish you well.

  4. Who the car is registered to..

  5. Make and model of the car

    Vin Number

Who the car is registered to

    Address of the registrant

    Registration tags up to date

    Insurance policy number

All in that order thats how it shows up here in Sacramento County

    Deputy Explorer Gomez

    Sacramento County Sheriff, RCPD

  6. If the police officer recognizes you, and knows your unlicensed from a previous stop, then yes, he has the right to pull you over again and cite you again. Possibly tow the vehicle to keep you from driving again, or he might be nice and let you call someone to drive the  car. The computers in police car links them to a database that pulls up all your prior interaction with law-enforcement, and if you have any outstanding tickets, warrants, or court issues. If a police officer has probable cause to pull you over, he can. Law enforcement now has much more power than just a few years ago. Mostly because of the Patriot Act legislation that Prez Bush has signed into law.

  7. a computer database that looks a lot like Linux or Unix.

  8. they know the last place you ordered pizza from, all your neighbors and their family's neighbor's pizza place...in the future, they'll know the last time you used the restroom. No Joke, they'll have toilets connected to the internet under the guise of regulating utilities...to "tax by use"
