What do crayfish eat?

My daughter found one in a stream and put it in a small aquarium...is it ok to keep them? And what do you feed them?

they like worms and little fish.

I know they that they like worms b/c that is how i used to catch them in rivers.

In Louisiana they flood the rice fields and raise them as another crop, they eat the left over rice. I know they will eat dead dish too so I guess you could say they will eat anything.
