in the world having large enargy consuption countries.actually i mention countries are no electricity no life.also they use 5 vehicle in each family.earth having fosills burn to make energy.even they not use soller power.

this unfir enargy consuption lead to lack of fuel problem in future .what do u think?

The US might be the biggest energy consumer but they are also the largest food supplier to the third world.

As long as populations (especially unproductive populations) grow faster than the resources to support them, there will always be problems.  This will happen in the US also as professionals have fewer children and those who live off the system have more.  Eventually the system will collapse, famine and war will reduce the population and we start over again.  It happens every 1000 years or so.  

Hopefully we won't lose the information and technology collected so far like what happened to the Library of Alexander. A "secret" organization needs to begin archiving this information now so it will be safe from destruction by governments or government-religions (such as Islam) bent on control through ignorance. (Read Asimov's Foundation series)

Jen - if you know of a cheap alternative fuel please tell us!  I would be happy to invest in a practical fuel alternative.  Until then I'll push for fusion research.

Greatlakes - do you know how much Brazil subsidizes ethanol so it can compete with oil?

I feel that if such unequal distribution of energy continues in a global scale, depletion of fossil fuels will be more difficult to solve than we expected.

Brazil is the country that are other countries should look to for how energy is used.  Brazil has almost completely eliminated regular gas.  Almost everything uses Ethanol and Bio-Diesel.

definately fuel wont last longer infact it can be over anytime..we must find out an alternative way otherwise the whole earth will be doomed..

I think there is already a cheap alternative fuel source, but we won't see it until  every last cent is made from oil.
