  1. You will be asked general health questions, like, 'are you having pain anywhere'.  They will also ask you if you have questions.  The MD will also listen to your breathing and heart.  That's about it, a lot of questions and answers.  Don't be afraid to ask anything you want an answer to.  Be honest when the doctor or nurse asks you questions, also.  As a nurse, I can tell you that we're not there to judge you or make fun of you.  You are just like us, and we want to do the best to help you.   Good Luck!!

  2. You will get weighed and your height measured.  They will take your blood pressure and temperature.  The docs/nurses will ask  you lots of questions about your eating habits, sleep habits and hobbies/friendships/family.  They will listen to your heart and lungs and ask you if you have anything you are worried about.  If you haven't been to the doctor since you were 4, you might be behind on your vaccines... don't' be surprised if you need to get a shot or two!  You will do great, I'm sure.  There's nothing to be scared about... good luck!
