What do driving instructors fail you on?

Im going to be taking my road test, and was wondering if there is anything that a driving instructor would fail you on that you wouldn't normally think of making sure you do / dont do.

Also, would they fail me if I accidentally go 1 mph over the speed limit? If so should I just cruise like 5 mph under?

Driving instructors don't fail you on anything, they simply instruct you.

Driving examiners on the other hand can fail you on a number of things.

turn your head and look ,always ck. your mirrors, use your signals. do the speed limit.
