Just wondering what employers are looking for in an interview - e.g. replies, character, or some kind of answer that clicks and says "This is the person I need!"

  1. First impression is everything: grooming, Manners, ability to communicate, eye-contact, willingness to learn

  2. Positive attitude and sincerity...

  3. As an employer the first thing a interviewee can impress me is his looks, my first impression of him when he says,  good morning/afternoon, thank you for seeing me. How and the manner he say it, the tone can engage me with a friendly conversation with him. And this can be a start of a long working relationship with him or her. Most of my employers friends also agree with my assessment of interviewees. This way, I had employed some executives who latter on became senior executives and even entrepreneurs.
