  1. I believe they look at the skills you've had within the last lot of jobs you've had, the type of worker you were, commitment, honesty, time consistancy, confidence, how you've used your own skills to help build up your work place.

    If you have a bad record of past employment, be honest with the next boss to share with them that your really looking to improve where mistakes were made in the past and could they

    risk to take you on, to prove to yourself and them that you really are a good person to take on for that job and see it through Goodluck! in future.

  3. 1. Work related inforations: They look how long you have stayed in your previous jobs and or very important is to put From (ex...january 1997 to february 2007)
