I'm currently a student at a card dealing school and was wondering if it's easy to get hired at Hawaiian Gardens, Commerce, and Bicycle Casino. What do they look for? Looks? Neatness? Personality? My instructor told me that an audition is coming up for Bicycle Casino and she was going to send me but I'm not 21 yet. So I'm just asking out of curiosity.

  1. Like most employers, they'll be looking for the usual things.

Are you presentable? Do you come across as professional? Can you cope under pressure? Do you have good common sense? And most of all, do you have the skills to do the actual job?

Casinos are also looking for loyalty and commitment. Employees get access to many things that could lose the casino a lot of money, so you need to show you are trustworthy, reliable, and committed.

    Good luck!
