What do employers look for when trying to find a new employee?

Im 14 and im expected mostly d grades in all my subjects.When i leave school i want to be a computer technician and do the courses at my local colledge for it.

But after i got all the qualifications at the college i need will employers still look at your gcse grades

Btw im ecpected c/d in maths

  1. Well, I suppose you could improve your grades the next few years before you get a job.

Good grammar on your resume would be a start....stay out of jail and be fluent in English , be honest and reliable and most any employer will give you a chance, attitude is everything if you really want to succeed you will, if your a slacker it shows and you'll never hold a good job....good luck

  3. yeah you'll have to get better grades and you could do 2 years in an easy college to get core subjects out of the way and then transfer to the college you would like.

  4. They will take note of your grades. They will check your resume. They will do a back ground check. They want to make sure that you will be somebody that will be to work every day and on time.
