Lol it hasn't been proven its just that they MAY have a higher chance of cheating because of their hormones but if they are truly in love then they will not.

it really depends on the girl... personally i like mature looking guys but i know other girls that like the boyish guys.

i like the boyish looking guys but the thing is, if you do look young, make sure you don't ACT like it haha unfortunately, (guys or girls), looks give attention and are your "first impression", its the easiest way to get a hint of what kind of person you are - its like what they say, "image is everything". anyhoo, there's nothing wrong with guys with a boyish appearance, that's my personal prefererence

PS: girls who like the "masculine" looking guys are screwed b/c it's been proven (and a scientific fact) that the more masculine and muscular a guy is, the more likely he'll cheat. THe looks and muscles are from extra "man hormones"...
