What do feminist's think about paternity fraud?

ETA - Kris, I don't think it's that black and white. Certainly, if a man finds out that the child isn't his biological child, he might choose to discontinue payment. In reality though, he will probably have established a relationship with the child, and may not feel that he wants him/her to be financially disadvantaged, even if his/her mother was responsible for the deceit.

I think it'd be a horrid situation for anyone to go through.

Paternity Fraud is extremely commonplace in the USA.

A federal court judge recently ruled against me stating that a voluntary acknowledgment of paternity is an adoption. Naturally it is time to as for another judges opinion of that one.

What do you mean 'paternity fraud'?

Is it claiming that one man is the father of a child when it is in fact a different man?

I think some females like to have s*x with one type of man for the excitement but want to have a different type of man be the role model and provider for themselves and their children.

I think this could be avoided if men, especially those who know they fit the provider image, would use condoms or avoid engaging certain types of females.

They consider paternity fraud on the same level as mail fraud. Never mind that a man toils his entire life to raise someone else's child without having a clue. His entire life becomes a lie. He is raising his wife's infidelity. And if he should get divorced, he becomes nothing more than a wallet for another man's kid. Hundreds of thousands of years of heredity gone.
