What do fordyce spots feel like

i think i have them i've seen pictures of them and they look like what is on my p***s but what do they feel like? or they hard or can you even feel them

u really dont feel them.

but dont worry these spots are common in men and women.

they shouldnt get hard they are jst white-ish spots.

they really arent bad or good.

update: thats ok that they're a little hard but they should be completely painless.

jst dont pop them like a zit because that can cause the oil to go deeper and THAT can cause an infection.

kind of like acne.

They are really common and should be painless. If it does hurt you, I would suggest you get that examined by a doctor or male guardian. I have a lot toward the end of my shaft, and they feel like small bumps. You can hardly feel them. They're just like goosebumps, except much much smaller and less noticeable.

fordyce spots are extremely common and are completely painless.  they are not associated with any illness or disease so there's nothing to worry about.  they're a type or sebaceous (oil) gland.
