I would recommend doing a web search on "gangstas" using other words such as "attire" or "clothing" and "slang".  

Trying to teach how to be an undesirable member of society is not easy to do in a Yahoo Answers venue.  It's either picked up in the areas it exists in, observed through videos and searching through research materials, or experienced by doing and learning as you go.
