maybe u can make a special rom for her. try to prepare a bed full of red rose petals and before everything else, try to buy a cd with some music in a sense that it'll suit her. a mellow music coz if it is rock,maybe it will  turn into a creepy night not a lovely night. that is just my suggestion. try to surprise her with a bottle of champagne and a chocolate heart-shaped. i hope i can help.
