What do goldfish eat?

I'm just wondering if I can feed goldfish anything else besides flakes?

goldfish practically eat everything. they can eat romaine lettuce, cucumbers, celery, strawberry, tropical fish pellets, brine shrimp and other fish too.

They like zucchini or cucumber bits and the love orange slices but they really can mess up the water.  Cooked shelled mashed peas are good for them too.

They eat a lot...experiment with a variety of food...promotes growth and enhances color...

you can feed the fish vegetables ex. romaine lettuce, cucumber peas orange etc.

you can purchase frozen foods- bloodworms daphnia earthworms etc.

or live foods
