Yes I do look at the chest, i'm a guy, it's in my genes, however I love eyes and smile and also if they have nice teeth and pretty hair.  Also if it looks like they take pride in appearance meaning the way they dress and take care of their finger nails is definitely a big plus.

PERSONALITY! (e.g. great sense of humor, witty, smart, outgoing, has the passion to excel in her field, etc.)

Even if she have great physical attributes, i don't think i can say a girl is s**y without a good personality. It's a very SHALLOW thing for people to initially base women base on their b***s.
