What do guys in the military do to relax in times of deployment?

Well, not necessarily on deployment but when they're away from home. What someone in the military can do to actually enjoy their free time?

Chill with buds, drink, smoke, watch movies, pull pranks, cause trouble, generally anything a normal 19,20 year old guy would do on his own in the closest thing to prison we have in America lol.

Many bases (Air Force bases) have a theater that plays recent movies. There are the morale phone calls back home, internet access and in some deployed locations you can shop down town. Many bases I've been to have games like unreal tournament on the network and the shop fight each other. There's plenty to do if you go looking for it. A large chunk of the AAFES morale budget goes to providing for the troops that are deployed. Again, it all depends where you are. If you are outside the wire in the sticks somewhere maybe all you'll have is a deck of cards.
