What do guys look for in a girl and how do they show that they are interested or just want to be friends?

i think they like what's real.

alot of girls seem to think acting ditzy is cute and looking pretty is what it takes, but the the guys worth getting to know look for so much more. As far as i know, they look for a down to earth girl, someone who's not afraid to make fun of herself or take life too seriously, some one free spirited and easy going. they love that. having a passion or integrity towards something is always hot too, not matter what s*x you are. but really as trite as it sounds just be yourself, and you won't go wrong. : )

well you have to be VERY careful with guys...if you honestly think that youve found the right one or at least someones that wont use for s*x,your money, or your looks your all set

but anyways MOST guys want the same thing that girls want in a guy...they want honesty[who likes being lied to?], good looks, maybe some humor, and a girl whos up to do ANYTHING..and when i say anything i mean go out meet new people ect...not drugs...or illegal stuff....but make sure to be firm and DONT let them walk all over your or preasure you into things u dont want to do...bc half of the time most guys like someone with a good hear on their shoulders and not a yes women

a guy looks for a girl thats smart in the brain and also street smart and not shy someone the express there self and feeling and most part is being your self at all time

I think it all depends on the individuals. People are all so hopped up on what the trendy or hot people are into (eg celebrities too) but everyone is different and so I'd say look for a guy who communicates/flows on your level and is a real person in your honest estimation.
