Well, yes and no.  Guys don't always think dirty thoughts, but often we do.  Sometimes we just think hey, she's cute.  Or, what a pretty girl.  (Or maybe what an ugly girl, who knows?)  However, I question the word dirty.  They aren't dirty to me.  But when we do....when you ask?  I already said....often.  How often?  Hmm....that depends on the girl.  Is she wearing something s**y?  Is she s**y herself?  Have I been drinking?  Has it been awhile since I've gotten any?  Is the girl trying to make herself noticed?  Does she seem sweet or S****y?  There are a lot of factors that go into this answer.  But take it as a compliment.....that's just the way a guy thinks.

When i look at a girl....i don't immediately start having dirty thoughts...never!!

maybe if the girl was really hot or something ,then maybe  at home  i think about  kissing that girl...!woohOOO!i dont try to get a naked kind of image of her!
