What do halter class judges look for in a horse besides looks and temperment?

Halter class is based on conformation how well your animal meets the "ideal" horse of that breed, or in grade classes it's basic build.  They look ay shoulder pastern and hock angles, eveness between hindquarters barrel and chest, how the neck attaches to the body and and other things that could affect it's ability and quality.
