What do home buyers want from their Realtors when buying a home?

When looking for a home what does the Home Buyer look for?

to listen to the needs of the homebuyer and STAY within there requested amount that they ONLY wish to spend.

Too many realtor's like to show higher costing homes to the potential buyer in hopes of earning a larger commission ~

or are they just NOT listening !

There are two different questions.

want from Realtors? honesty, availability, promptness, knowledge, real effort in finding the desired property.  

Look for in a home ? That is a really broad question. Each buyer is different and has unique ideas and requirements.

some obvious examples- location, size, price, value, terms,

age, condition, lot size, layout. Best asked of each buyer.
