What do i and the horse need to do in a novice working hunter class?

i am wondering what i need to get the horse to perform to be successful in a novice working hunter class, what movements do i need to do?

Hunter class as in hunter jumper (show jumping), your in the wrong section

take a mounted shooting class to make sure your horse isnt afraid.....i dont know i have never hunted on a horse
