depends on what she likes, but any women wants a cute handbag (coach, louis vuitton, chanel) or jewelery. Or you could book a romantic vacation for the weekend. Use your immagination.

I think re-creating yall very 1st date would be nice and get her a coach bag! Its the "must have" now n days my moms the same age and she went crazy when my dad got her one

I would buy her something very cheap and worthless.  Then when she makes a funny looking face about your gift, give her jewelry or anything she likes, and a gift certificate to the spa.

Try authentic jewellery. ;D If that's unoriginal you could try getting a mixture of items. (like jewellery, books, useful things)

If you know of something she really wants why not get it for her. You could start with taking her a flower to where she works and then plan a very special day and evening with her. I will be 47 on my next birthday and would love to have my husband do this for me.
