What do i cook?

Question

my parents anniversary is tomorrow, and im cooking them dinner. i want to do a different type of cuisine, like caribbean or mexican or spanish or smthn, but i cant find an appitizer, main course and dessert that fits in one unique cuisine! please help, i have no idea wat to cook! thanks.

i haven't got a website because I'm telling you info from my brain so here goes?

why not do a mixture of all different cuisines?

appetizers:- italian

maybe have small Italian meatballs with onions and herbs?(make them yourself)  maybe mixed herbs will be best? they can then dip the meatballs in a salsa dip or a tomato and basil dip?

meatballs are easy to make it's just fried mince meat with added bread crumbs herbs and onions rolled in a ball with egg and flour dusted around the meatball and oven or fried?

tomato dip just fry garlic add basil leaves and tinned tomatoes and drizzle in olive oil? salsa you can buy from supermarket!

main meal:- caribbean

why not try making chilli con carne pie for a mexican dish?

it's my own recipe i made up myself? it's basically chilli con carne with mashed potatoes on the top (like a cottage pie) and bake in the oven?

fry minced beef with garlic and red chillies (make it as hot as you like) and add red kidney beans! (boil kidney beans first). the add some beef gravy granuales and tinned tomatoes with some tomatoe puree and add dried mied herbs? add some paprika and simmer together.

once simmered put in a pyrex baking dish and add mashed potatoe to the top of the chilli con carne? once all the top is covered with potatoe sprinkle with your favorite cheese and sprinkle some chilli powder on top of the cheese! bake in the oven until warm throughout and serve with a mixed bean salad and spicy wedges?

dessert:- english

why not do traditional english triffle? again this is a triffle i like personaly

get triffle bowl and and fill the bottom with sponge cake? then line lady fingers around the side of the bowl on top of the sponge and dizzle with a little brandy (optional) and add some strawberry or raspberry jam? then line cut strawberries and raspberries over the jam the add custard? when custard has set a little add some double whipped cream and sprinkle with a little icing sugar and put in the fridge to cool.
