What do i do I am going into high school soon?

im like alil scared and nervous and idk wat to do.

like the first week of school how do i make friends and stuff.

and also my studying is not so good is there anyway i can make it easier or more fun?

Well hopefully alot of your friends from middle school will be there, as far as making friends try to be yourself and be outspoken, the friends will come.  To make studying fun try finding people to study with, keeping organized and spend some time each day instead of waiting till right before the test.

don't be nervous. just be yourself and eventually you'll meet people who share your same interests :)

for studying, go to a place you'll be able to focus. make flash cards or make a song out of what you're learning.

Seriously do not worry about it too much.

Don't be afraid if you make mistakes or do something embarrassing, it's all apart of just being yourself.

Have good judgement at all times, don't hang around troublemakers or people that force you into doing things you don't want to do.

Be your true self, have a smile on your face and try to be friendly.

When your studying try and find a area that is quiet, has all the necessary tools for you to complete your work, and is well lit and roomy. Get a high lighter and highlight important things while you are reading and try to understand what you are reading. Get a notebook for each class and take notes, look up some fun facts or try to get some color sticky notes and write out things you need to remember on those.

Just get plenty of rest, get everything you need to have ready early, and put a pleasant smile on and you will be ready for highschool in no time.

talk to your counselor and see if you can join honors classes.  they are a million times easier (regular classes are given manual labor/busy work) and the teachers are nicer.  dont worry about making friends...  worry about making the right friends.  all the popular kids are in honors classes also.  honors kids are usually very interested in making good grades and will have group study nights at there houses and various other places.  it makes it more fun when you have a group to help keep the motivation going... like a support group.
