What do i do? What is my approach? Help!?

I like this boy and we've know each other for 2 years and a half. He use to tease me alot and make fun of me and i use to get mad but now when he does it, it's kind of in a funny way. People say that it is because he likes me and me and him always get into those little fights and we laugh about it and argue, then we smile. i like him and i think he likes me but the thing is that the last time i liked a boy, i told them and the boy only liked me as a friend.it was weird between us after. I do not want to make the same mistake twice. How do i approach this new boy. do i flirt or just let him come to me. What do i do?

Unless he is shy let the guy come to you.  If he isn't shy it will either turn him off or make him get the wrong impression of you.  You can't make others feel what they don't want too.

be honest with him, and just ask him if he might be able to think of you as more than just a friend at some point, but that no matter the answer, you just don't want to ruin what you have at the moment. honesty is always best. Or you could do it the sneaky way, and have a friend of yours ask him what he thinks of you, and then report back to you.

you should flirt and after a while you should ask a friend to ask him if he likes you.
